Brian's first concoction is a cosmopolitan representation of the four primary coffee-producing continents. Our italian roast is darker than viennese but lighter than french. JAMAICA BLUE MOUNTAIN...Certified 100% Wallenford Estate coffee; your assurance that this coffee is of Blue Mountain grade and quality. A fine medium bodied treat which exudes a slight crisp snap on the palate and holds the aftertaste. This coffee is rare indeed; hence the price tag. However even if this coffee were mass produced it would still garner a sizable differential on the open market due to it's most desirable flavor profile. We roast this coffee at the Viennese level to maximize and preserve the "value" for your palate. SUMATRA MANDHELING...Sumatra Mandheling carries a smooth taste with a sweet and solid body broad aroma and very little acidity.
